I have taken 2x1g per day till yesterday but I have no effect until now. When does it
start working? I read from people where it starts immediately. O could try 4g but that would be to expensive for me.

I’ve been on 3g/day for a couple weeks and still haven’t noticed a difference. I’ll increase again on Saturday, but if that doesn’t do anything I think I’m giving up on it.

Sarcosine did absolutely nothing for me. But I did get a great placebo effect when I first started.
