I would strongly encourage you to try it! I have been taking it for about a year and it has had a powerful effect on my negative symptoms with no side effects, it is very gentle. I am still seeing improvements on a daily basis. I have been taking a product called ProFrontal from www.profrontal.com . I take double the recommended dose and it works great.
@dmdar Is Profrontal a form of sarcosine or something different?
I have been taking sarcosine for a year now. It seems it is helping the empty feeling a lot.
Talk with your doctor first. If you got the money, why not?
High sarcosine levels are associated with greater prostate cancer risk. I stopped taking it after learning that.

well ive gotten months vibrations in that penile (peni s) area after upping my dose of sarcosine also i feel it doesnt like abilify 
It did reverse brain damage in my symptoms, a God sent i would like to try it again but those urinal peni s vibrations are worrying me
