Have you asked your pdoc about sarcosine? What did he/she say? Does sarcosine interact with any meds? Thanks!
My doctor actually said most of this supplements are placebos. He doesn’t know about sarcosine but he’s going to investigate about it.

When I told my pdoc he didn’t say much of anything, good or bad. He clearly isn’t against it, but I get the impression he is skeptical about its efficacy.
I haven’t asked my doc, but I am skeptical just because it gets pushed so hard on this site. Makes me wonder what kind of kickback they get for tall the advertising.
