Out of Glipizide this morning. Its something I really need to control blood sugar. Waiting for Pharmacy to get ahold of doc to get more as I have no refills. I dont remember when it was ordered , but its been several days at least.
Really going to have to watch what I eat until they get it ready for pickup. A bit nervous about attempting breakfast this morning now.
I always keep a stack of all my meds to avoid situations like that.
Can you keep an emergency stash?
I switched pharmacies this year. Prior to this I had auto refill and they always refilled early. I always had extra pills. So, this is a bit of a new situation to me. I currently have no extras. Buy yeah, thats a good idea.
It’s practical that you get auto refills.
I have to see my pdoc each time to get a prescription. Keeps the business running
