I hope this is alright. I haven’t taken my meds yet. I want someone tell me the difference in before taking themeds and after taking them. A few of you on here have seen me breakdown.i take haldol lexpro etc.

I have trouble taking my meds at times too. If you have a cellphone just put on a reminder for you to take your meds.

Outside when neighbors upstairs coming home. Yay spying.cant wait to get called everything under the sun. I’m not worth any time or effort even running mouth. I’m a moth.flying around cylinder light.

You really need a better living situation, one that’s quiet.
I’m on the mend, but fortunate that my neighbours don’t make much noise. If they did, I’d be worse off and stressed out of my mind.
