Reverting to my "normal dose" of L-theanine

Due to the $$$ cost I cut down on my dosage of L-theanine to save money and my mental state plummeted.

I didn’t realise it was playing such a major part in keeping me sane and somewhat functional.

I’m going to have to cut costs elsewhere, but I can’t cut costs with L-theanine it seems.

Well, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. :slightly_frowning_face:

I’m back at my normal dose and feel terrible. I was ok until I started messing with the dose.

Hopefully things will settle down soon as my body adjusts to everything.

Yeah give it time, your body will probably adjust.

I have similar things happen if I stop certain supplements. I think Niacin and vitamin-D are the most important to stop positive symptoms.

Actually I think the olanzapine is giving me positive symptoms somehow, because I never heard all my thoughts getting spelled like sentences in my head before I started with it. And the short while I switched to Latuda my mind went completely quiet.

I hope you find something that works for you. Did you ever try to drink green tea? I think that is pretty low price, although you get the caffeine from it as well. But it’s much milder caffeine than from coffee.
