New research published in Neuropsychopharmacology Reports now indicates that taking probiotics plus vitamin D supplements may improve cognitive function in individuals with the disease.
Bwaahaahaahaaaa. Figured this out myself years ago.
Hey @rogueone: Neener neener neener.
Yeah not saying it doesn’t and the newer stuff is saying diet and exercise is better upside. My point is simply micromanaging vitamins and supplements isn’t that effective and never been proven over the newer stuff which is promising.
So. Yes. Vitamin D looks good but dealing with vitamin a, b, c, d, e, f with magnesium, carbon, cesium…I was more having a go at the approach and did say you’d get exceptions because the more I deal with it the more promising the whole metabolic approach to mental illness really is!
You can always have your cake and eat it too by enjoying the benefits of both.
I’m just bitter as had to stop supplementing creatine. So great for lifting but I’m one of those people who get the side effects of Diarrhea…It’s too much and need to give the digestive track a break. It’s so good for lifting and like one of the few things that improve performance without hitting nasty stuff levels of human growth!
Like I use supplements that is a no brainer but I still question that whole approach to nootropic stacks. I think it’s nitpicking on a clinical level. That was all!
