What is the longest phase of remission you had during the illness? I am going through remission from this year March till now. I have not had any episodes in between touch wood.

Apart from that I was in remission for 3 years when I had a job from 2012 to 2015. During that phase I was doing well got married got promoted and wife was pregnant and then came the disaster during pregnancy where I quit job and went nuts.

From then on till 2023 it was really hard time. Things only got worse and worse and worse. Until recently on March 2023 I got a job and able to reconstruct the life somewhat. Hopefully things go well until I am able to steady the ship.

As long as I’m on my meds, I’m in remission

Last time I went off the rails was in 2016 and that’s because I switched meds and it got me involuntarily committed for over a month

2014 - 2017: I was stable but crippled by negatives.

2017 - 2021: ups and downs, some positives and negatives and depression too.

2021 - now: stable, much less negatives and almost no depression.

Remission of psychosis between 2010-2020. Then I took antidepressants which pushed me to psychosis. Now I’m 3 years remission.

since then no more psychosis

something clicked in my mind in 2010, no more suffering
