Reduce stress with a Physiological sigh and cyclic breathing

Here is a quick 5 second technique that lowers your heart rate, co2 levels and is proven to reduce anixiety and stress.

You simply inhale through the nose. Stop. then inhale again through the nose, and then exhale through the mouth slowly.

I do it before meditation and it gets me right in the zone.

My therapist recommends the 5-7-8 method for breathing when I have anxiety.

It works.
