Great tip! How did you cook it?

does it help you get to sleep or stay asleep?

When i eat red cabbage it keeps everybody in the house awake as i “perfume” the digestive results into the air of the whole place…pffft!

You cook it for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees , brake into pieces and bake.

I helps me sleep for about 6-7 hours and takes about 1 and a half hours to work for me.

Don’t eat cabbage raw because could contain tapeworms, always cook it I read

I use both green and red cabbage for homebrew sauerkraut for probiotics. It makes no difference to my sleep cycles.

i think it’s placebo effect. i made a topic about calamata olive that helped me to sleep!!! which in fact wasn’t correct it was placebo effect.

It helps when I’m more sensitive. I get very very sensitive that even cbd makes me trip.

But I guess it’s just me

I like to eat red cabbage with apple sauce. Makes no difference to my sleep though.
