No motivation to cook so been eating sandwiches. Hate bread now.
you know - sometimes when I don’t want to cook - I buy those ready made stuff from a supermarket nearby and they are cheap and taste better than sandwiches at least.
We have an IGA store near me and they make ‘homemade food’ like lasagne - a portion for like 3$ or a whole meal for two days for 8$ ?
Invite someone for dinner, then you’ll have better motivation to make something nice to eat
you can also change the ‘sandwich type’ as
I have been buying the mexican tortilla bread - which is like a fajita bread?
I put inside -turkey breast - swiss cheese - mayo - and sometimes avocado?
so you can totally try new sandwiches. ? maybe try the Arabic bread too?
buy different things.
canned soup, canned raviolli, pre-cooked chicken nuggets, cold cereal, and etc.
spice them up
but then it turns into cooking…?
I’m allergic to kitchens
i’m the opposite lol, i need bread
This thread inspired me to make a sandwich.
It is an open face sandwich—Toasted whole wheat bread with melted Colby Jack cheese, sliced avocado, sliced fresh tomato and some shredded fresh cabbage.
Thats toast not a sandwich,
I buy lean cuisines…a little pricey but keeps me feeling like I’m watching what I eat.
I stocked up on lean cuisines since they were on sale at the supermarket ($2 eech).
@Moonbeam that is awesome, I get them for $2.50 a piece at walmart so I feel like it’s not too expensive…it’s like having a chef right there in your house with you !!
