I’ve been getting episodes of extreme discomfort of mental distress. During these episodes I think of dieing or harming myself. I feel like my thoughts are out of control and I’m in mental pain. Sometimes its triggered by me concentrating on drawing a picture. Or it can be out of the blue when I’m doing my hair or taking a pill. It can really happen any time. Anyone can relate? Its very negative emotions that leave me in a dark spot. Is this from the clozapine?

Clozapine doesn’t do this to me. Stay strong. All you can do is put yourself in comfortable environment and wait it out.

Thanks @TheBest. I try to take deep breaths when it over comes me. Distraction, and talking it out helps

Yes, my ocd and anxiety are worse when we increased the clozapine dose.

Risperidone makes my OCD worse.
But I have to be on it.
