This pretty much sums up all my delusions and what I experienced for years. Some of the stuff I didn’t understand in the article. Basically all the operator was doing was making a rat turn right or left. Maybe I missed something.

Mine are more complicated, out of touch with reality, etc. Sometimes more basic but lately more impossible. The good news is I’m curing my psychosis and paranoia in an uncommon way.
I think that stuff you are looking at is theoretical and not likely. Research stuff. I think about time travel, simulation theory, and aliens mainly. And other planets, parallel worlds. God is always watching as they say. Some people take that literally. Some people believe in karma and sin. I think of watchers in the book of enoch and stuff sometimes. A religious delusion.
Even had delusions of cats in a past life. Not real haha.
