The real conspiracy if there is one is how on earth these schizos fooled people into thinking they were scientists! I think people just wanted to allow them to explore their creativity by using quack science to make fake weapons and technologies. Still a waste of money. Ayn Rand would be totally against this if she were still with us!
Could be some pretty amazing technological developments to come out of this research, especially for paraplegics and quadriplegics when combined with advancing robotics technology. Very cool. Thanks for sharing.
