Ran three miles today

I used to powerlift. When I was 21, I squatted 380x4. Bench was 350x1. I felt high as a kite, on top of the world.

However, I switched up to bodybuilding as I figured injuries were likely going to settle in. I managed to keep a lean high 190ish figure at 5’10". I first went manic schizophrenic, however, about several weeks after using an anti-estrogen supplement. I haven’t lifted since.

I have, however, managed to do a lot of long-distance walks. I hope to do this regularly. My longest walk was over 12 miles. Last weekened I pulled a six-mile walk. I notice everything in my mind & body feel great, but my feet give out and that’s when I know I gotta stop.

All in all, I definitely recommend some nice long-distance walks on good-weathered days if you have schizophrenia. It’s refreshing.
