Just Don’t THINK about it as an option like if you were locked up somewhere that you wouldn’t be able to do what you want to. Lock those demons up good, but just know that they can be very tricky by putting self defeating thoughts in our heads just to get ourselves to do the self destruction. some write to be Christians and I am just wondering how did you as a Christian stop smoking? It is good to quit smoking but what do you say is a good advice to quit this bad habit?
