I avoid him all together cause he’s a pervert but that’s great advice. And I wrote my therapist/case manager about this but she still has not gotten back to me. But again I don’t want to die a smoker.
In my case it was going to take me down. I am too puny to smoke.
But there are folks that manage fine without quitting. Some do not show signs of health related issues whatsoever.

A year from now, you will have enough money to go on a serious vacation and travel like you might expect, or put your money to use in another important area of your life you would like to fund!

Conclusion: The trauma of nicotine withdrawal induces psychosis in some of us. However in the state of a national emergency if you can bet you won’t be receiving your medication, you can certainly bet you won’t be receiving your nicotine. And let face it no matter where you are from we are all going to face a national emergency. So why make it worse by having to go thru nicotine withdrawals on top of everything else.

I found it best not to tell anyone that you quit for at least two to three weeks. Just to avoid those dreadful words:… “I thought you quit smoking… again”

About national emergencies down the road, that’s a ways off yet. One researcher has global resources maxed out around 2050. AGW does not look good around this time frame but some folks prepare. Even business folks are addressing ways to save money and resources.

I like to maintain a positive optimistic outlook for the future because there is the unknown factors we should consider of there possibly being game changing events occurring that would trump every other. Like aliens showing up and showing us how to solve our problems, just for an example.

There are just too many of us needing the same things that we running out of. This place is a mess.
Many of the presentations I have listened to or have read about from folks all over the world use models that show how there are enough resources for everyone if certain types of farming traditions are utilized.
@lagoonlovely, I am not sure if you are familiar with the MorningMayan, but she inspires a lot of folks and you seem to have a fine appreciation for life the same as she. She may give you a boost to your ego if you need support while quitting.

I feel that the tropical rain forests that they are clearing so they can farm the land actually belongs to the entire world and just because it’s in a certain country no one else has a right to say what happens to it. This is simply wrong as it is with all other areas with vital natural resources on them. This planet belongs to all of it’s living creatures and those to come as well. For example when I say this is my life that is not totally correct to say just like when a government says this part of the planet is ours, for Life itself is made of all the things needed for every living thing here. This is Life and not to be called just my own. For mine may end but Life itself will go on. We are all experiencing what Life is, but from our own unique perspectives as individuals. It’s even against the law to end our own lives. This is just common sense.

Folks living in those regions whom I respect have been assassinated for trying to protest the destruction of the Rain Forests.
And NASA has biologists working on harvest in the moons surface and atmosphere. So Theresa a lot of hope but this would be the time to be fit and ready is all I’m saying.
yeah, I’m sure we could rant all day about all the really bad things happening to the environment and just every little thing that is just not right but it gets us nowhere. I’ve noticed when commenting on the Web along with everyone else’s genius way of saying it , it ends up as just a bunch of powerless ideas for the simple reason that none of us has any real power to implement our ideas or do anything at all except point it out to all the other geniuses that we seem to be on the planet. The opponents know that we will all go back home eventually after making a lot of noise beating our pots and pans on the streets in front of them. What we need is real power and authority on the Earth sent from Heaven above. I don’t think that there’re going to want to mess with that kind of being.
We just need to take better care of ourselves like I have quit drinking and smoking for two straight months now. I forgot what it was like to remain sober for this long.

That’s flipping amazing! Funny thing is I’m using vodka to help me threw the nicotine withdrawals. But its not fun without the cigarettes. God bless you for keeping a clear mind and body.
I feel like and old lady basically at a day and a half without the poison wondering if I’m going to come out on top.
A voice said if someone is clubing you over the head and you want a cigarette you call the police instead.

If we live long enough, we’re likely to come to National Emergency. That’s the wrong time to be going though nicotine withdrawal. Who wants to barter their last silver coin on a pack of Camels!

You are exactly the kind of lady the world needs more of–always with an energetic outlook while radiating a vivacious warmth. At some time in your life you got badly hurt and somehow through all obstacles, you can rest your heart in one earthy place that reflects what beauty you call your own.
Ater you quit smoking for a while, it really will feel like pounds of weight have been lifted off your chest. Your facial features will glow in a different way.

It took me a year to quit while using ecigs. Eventually I got an advanced ecig setup (innokin mvp 20w battery, and innokin iclear30s atomiser) with a high strength eliquid (24mg). That was what it took to knock out cigarettes for me. The Beginner ecigs just didn’t work for me in the end.
Consider that if those sneaky cigarettes end up winning the battle this time.
