Quit Smoking

When will my attention span return to me? Or when will it start to grow so I can get it back to presmoking levels if ever?

When will I enjoy things more again, like reading or problem solving instead of passive things like music

A few of you quit smoking at some point - what did you notice about it back then, and how long did it take is what I’m asking I guess :sob:

I’ve been smoke free 37 days.

I’m still smoking. But I’ve gone long periods not smoking. Every time I quit it was just because I didn’t feel like smoking anymore. But this time I feel like I’m really hooked

You will get back to normal hang in there. Congrats on 37 days

It’s probably the last time you’ll be hooked this badly, maybe next time you’ll be quitting permanently?

I need to quit because I can’t afford it! So yeah but it’s been a crutch since I’ve been drinking less.

Yeah, that’s one of the main reasons im not going back to it. how am i meant to buy anything or survive if im still buying cigs – well done on drinking less, keep at it

Thanks man. Yeah that’s my thinking. I am trying to save money and I never will if I keep my habit.

Try nicotine pouches if you want to save some cash and health. I take ON! 8mg nicotine pouches and can get them for 7$ for a 3 pack of 20 pouches at speedway. Their expensive online(4$/pack) but they are as healthy as nicotine lozenges/gum, last long(~20 mins) and I’m not chained to smoking every 15 minutes because all I have to do when I’m craving nicotine is pop one in. They make lower mg pouches so you can wean off of them if you choose to.
