Psychotheraphy

I just came back from my psychotheraphy.The session was enjoyable and more importantly I get to know what I should do and how I should go about my life.I got the information but the hard things is to do what I need to do

I was told for every negative thoughts I have I need to replace it with four positive ones and for every negative thing I said to someone else,I need to say two positive things about him/her…

I also was given information about myself which is to change my lifestyle.Football is important,also I can take cut short a little of my working time and go to do some workout,I think psychotheraphy help people that wanted to be help,but he/she must do it

@dreamscape,I think its talk therapy only,the session is positive though but expensive

It sounds like positive psychology psychotherapy. It is more action orientated than other psychotherapies.

Hello,it doesn’t help with negative symptoms,I like to say I have depression instead of negative symptoms.Negative symptoms is not treatable but depression is.Medication with Theraphy is the best treatment,medication is important,theraphy can help if you feel your medication isn’t doing enough.Everyone can get better,just that there is up and down in life which cannot be avoided

I think the new therapist I contacted does psychotherapy. I hope so. I need to mix things up.
