I came off of antipsychotics for five months but stayed on antidepressants 50mg of sertraline.
When I reduced the sertraline to 25mg I crashed into psychosis within two weeks.
Would it be possible for me to come off of antipsychotics and remain on antidepressants and be okay?
Will be interested to know answer to this too…
I suppose I will only really know when I stop aps and find out… consequences are scary though!
I’ve heard before many times that people with mood disorders with “psychotic features” can stay on just a antidepressant or a mood stabilizer idk I’m not a doctor but that’s what I’ve heard
My episodes were classic schizophrenia… delusions and a few hallucinations.
Still hoping they stress related though.
