My theory is that people with face tattoos are kind and ‘soft’ so they get a face tattoo to seem tough.
I met a guy with a face tattoo in jail seemed like a really nice guy.
My cousin has one. He regrets it because he can’t land a job. 
I heard that every tear drop tattoo under the eye means that the person killed 1 person.

Heard the same but I also heard that a tear drop can mean that they lost someone as well.

I met a guy when I was put in a facility for mentally ill people who had face tattoos. He was an ok guy too.
He got put there on purpose so that he had a place to stay by lying to people and telling them that he thought he was a 1000 year old Egyptian.

I don’t have any tattoos. I’ve seen some pretty cool ones, but I’ve also seen some that were botched. They’re just not for me personally, never mind on my face.
Lil Wayne has a teardrop tattoo because he cries every time he has to put his skinny jeans on.

Getting a face tattoo is plain old dumb.
Especially if you aren’t a celebrity who needs to find a job on his own.
I know if I was an employer I wouldn’t hire someone with a face tattoo.
