Panoramic I don’t disagree that you could go down a philosophical route and have an engaging question about the nature of this illness and reality, but I don’t think that approach really reconciles with science like this. (if the citizen suffer from a disease,how does the disease affects on these conscious processes and changing its basic concept or making them unreal ?)

We know,he will not take medicine without consulting a doctor
So,how do you explain the strange behavior that make the citizen not go to the doctor voluntarily ?
(family members ,who do this in most of cases to avoid the dangers of madness on the life of the citizen and themselves too )
if the citizen feels the hallucination as a symptom of a classic disease,why he do not asking the help of anyone in order to going to a doctor ?
