Only had it two days.

It might be messing with your hormones.
I’m assuming it is whey protein.
Does it have caffeine in it?
I initially thought you were talking about protein shakes the one that you put in a juicer…eenlighten me as im vegan and am into this…
Yes this is it omg.
I don’t think it does it feels worst than having caffeine.
It’s whey protein Karl
whey is milk yeah?
Yes it’s not vegan
It’s highly unlikely that you’d get that reaction from protein shakes. I’ve drank a lot in my day
It’s happened before though. That’s the reason I stopped taking it. I’m pretty sure it is that. Could be the sugar.
This is exactly why I stay away from these supplements.
Good luck @anon80629714
I had some left so thought to try. No more.
Do you eat eggs? Maybe you bring a couple of hard boiled eggs to eat after your workout.
Yes I do. Good tip. Thank you.
What’s the name of the protein powder?
In chocolate.
I felt bad before if the whey protein was my main source of protein. If you aren’t eating enough other protein from stuff like chicken and eggs you may feel a little weird.
I can’t read the ingredients. The words on the back are all blurry. I was going to see if I could find what ingredient is bothering you
you may have an allergy to casien (a milk protein) which caused your adrenaline to rush. Protein shakes are dense in these proteins so it could be why its protein shakes in particular that cause this reaction
