hmm i didnt realize whey protein powders was actually separated from the casien proteins usualy found in whole milk…

have you been eating less or exercising more than usual on the days you take protein?

To be honest I took one yesterday I didn’t do any exercise and I took once today after 30 mins on treadmill.

I’ve only taken twice.

i hear foods high in protein make you less hungry so if its causing you to eat less it could be that. Serotonin which is responsible for mental stability can can lessen if youre not eating enough

Possibly I had breakfast a shake and didn’t eat till I got home at 6. So it could well be that.

What are your goals ish? Protein shakes may not be necessary for what you’re trying to achieve.

I had some left so thought I’d finish what was left. Terrible idea.

My only problem with protein shakes is that it makes me feel I wanna throw up every time I finish drinking it. The taste doesn’t leave my mouth even if I brush my teeth. I always need a palate cleanser to get rid of it.

Protein shakes are my main source of protein because I’m vegetarian. Some of them have added thermogenic compounds to boost metabolism.
