Pro-biotics help my depression

I take pro-biotics every day. I use the brand pb8. When I don’t take it, I get depressed. They say the gut is the second brain and that 95% of serotonin is produced in the gut!

This is true for me, too. I’ve been on plenty of antibiotics over the years and I suspect my gut biome really took a hit from it. Taking probiotics for several months really helped me a lot with energy, drive, focus, and positive outlook.

It cured my IBS from minocycline usage, so what you are saying is true, i confirm this, Pixel too : )
