My meds don’t really make me hungry but as far as snacks go I like to make peanut butter crackers.

Maybe that’s not exactly healthy though.

A lean protein with a couple serving of vegetables is very satisfying and filling.

Decent baked biscuits smeared with vegemite. Also gives you all the B vitamins you need with the vegemite!

I recently ate oatmeal with honey on it. I think that’s what you call porridge, we call oatmeal.

Fried potato skins snack. Not healthy though.

Not healthy, but I like to snack on salami and cheese slices. It’s very filling so I don’t eat much.

I have a couple of tomato plants growing in the laundry room where its sunny - so i pull a couple off now and again to eat with a little bit of salt on. Other than than i seem to be living off quite a few cheese omlettes latley…

My parents plant tomatoes every year. There’s not much they enjoy more than home-grown tomatoes. We eat a lot of tomato sandwiches. Mayo, tomato, salt and pepper on bread. Delicious!

veggies, you can have them as a salad, or hot with butter, or cold dipped in ranch dressing or spinach dip or just on their own to be really healthy.

I got the munchies for sushi. Here in perth i could get it take away, but i am waiting for payday.

I really like carrots.
And also if you leave oats in water with nuts for a while n come back later it gets so nice n sticky n gloopy texture quite nice
