I was told that nobody said paranoia like that wasn’t because someone in your past actually did attack you. There is a reason you fear an attack. You’ve been there.
I was held at Bay with a knife on my throat and on my stomach during a robbery at my work.
Wow, really? I would have been so scared that after the robbers left I would have had to be sent home for a clean pair of pants.
