I have no idea what my intake is in milligrams. I drink three or four cups of coffee a day, but it is dark roast which is much lower in caffeine

Everyone comments on how strong my coffee is. I like it strong and sweet with cream

I’m cutting back on coffee because I don’t need the caffeine if I always get eight hours of sleep a night which I should always be able to get. I was drinking Death Wish coffee but I’m quitting that and going back to Taster’s Choice.

i drink like 5 cups a day… i don’t know how much that is in mg

900mg yesterday but had problem sleeping at night and felt bad a bit.

I had 3 cups of coffee, 3 cups of tea and 3x 200mg caffeine pills

There is 30-50mg of caffeine per teabag for tea drinking calculations.

Coffee ranges from 50-400mg per cup depending on the brand and strength

Decaf coffee ranges from 8 to 14mg of caffeine per cup.

I drink one large coffee in the morning, then I switch to tea (white/green/black) for the rest of the day (or sometimes decaf coffee). I don’t drink anything after about 5pm

Thats like 400-500mg depending on cup size and on how much coffee you put I think.

One teaspoon of Nescafé is 70mg. I use 3 teaspoons in a big cup.

I don’t drink coffee or tea. On a rare occasion I will have a pop. So…very little.

I consume 3 big mugs of instant coffee daily.

Sometimes 2 mugs.

2-3 espresso and 1-3 regular cups. More espresso means less regular cups, and vice versa.
Typically 2 shots of espresso and 2 regular cups.
