How much coffee do you take a day?

Do you think its too much? I’ve tried to cut it down but I love coffee too much…

I drink three cups of instant coffee every morning so only about 200mg of caffeine.

I usually drink a grande Americano from Starbucks every afternoon, and that’s it.

And it’s almost always iced coffee

I cut down from 6-8 cups to 2-3 cups a day. I only drink instant these days.

I love coffee, it picks me up and has a slight antidepressant effect on me.

Too bad it worsens my panic- attacks.

I have a Keurig coffee maker. The largest amount of coffee that it can get out of one k-cup pod is 10 oz. I have one or two cups of coffee, per day, so 10 to 20 oz per day.
