I did for a few years but then I stopped other than a few songs.
Not a fan of country music but I do like bluegrass music.
My grandma listens to country music every morning.
I’m personally a fan of K-pop
Just got in to country pretty good ■■■■
I’m too attached to Alternative Rock to listen to much else.
Older country music is nostalgic for me because my parents listened to it when i was a kid. I don’t listen to it on purpose, though.
Thats about all I listen to
I like old school country. Johnny Cash , Merle Haggard, Jerry Jeff Walker, Jerry Reed, Waylon and Willie…it goes on and on but all old stuff…I do like Dwight Yoakum and Toby Keith though but that’s it.
Yeah, the man in black, Johnny Cash. Or the Outlaws; Willie and company.
Most country music now has kind of a pop rock feel to it anyways.
I like some of all music, country included. I listened to a lot in the 90s. Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, David Allen Coe, Randy Travis and you can’t forget Hank Williams Jr. Started listening to him in the 80s when I didn’t really like country all that much.
There is a bar here called the Texas Club and it is always packed with women. They play country and dance music. Spent a lot of nights there when I was a young man. It’s still open for business. They had a ladies night on Wednesday with male strippers until 9 pm but after 9 pm that was the place to be in this town on a Wednesday night.
I am a big Shania Twain fan. Of course it’s no secret I think she is the best looking woman I have ever seen but her music ain’t bad either.
I use to hate country music. Now I love it. It took a couple years working for a trucking company (they always played it) but now I think it’s great.
Willie Nelson, Oak Ridge Boys, Patsy Cline’s song Crazy lol What about the Gambler by Kenny Rogers and whoever sings There’s a tear in my beer.? Or You can take this job and shove it! All good songs from my childhood.
John 5, Chet Atkins, Earl Scruggs & Lester Flatt. I also play Earl Scruggs style banjo and country acoustic guitar
I have never likes country or western music. I’ve always preferred Rock, but i also don’t mind classical music. I think country music isn’t that big here in Australia. All our country artists seem to go to America. I guess they are appreciated more over there. Don’t blame them for going.
The outlaws-green grass and high tides
That’s not really country is it??
Reminds me of Roger’s quest to do country music
I don’t really like country. I mean, some of it seems nice with the rhythms and all, but here it’s mostly associated with simpler people, to put it that way.
Hated it as a teenager when I was into shoe gazing, depressed music. Johnny Cash converted me many years later when I heard the Sun records. Got into Irish music first though like the Pogues, Clannad. I think you can hear Irish influence in some country music.
Country is one of the few genres I dislike
There’s a time and place for country music, but I mostly dislike it
