i dont like either , i would say i have suffered psychosis or something, Iā€™m not trying to be difficult or ā€˜differentā€™ i just hate the word schizophrenia bc it is so negative :frowning:

I say I have schizophrenia when I have to,

But I donā€™t often disclose that.

I use both. I donā€™t have a problem with it but I donā€™t disclose to everyone.

I usually say a generic ā€œmy illnessā€, but I donā€™t usually say what that ā€œillnessā€ is. And people never ask.
