Since past few months, I am observing strange things. I go to my office in my car. There are two three different routes. When I change my route after some days, I find police vehicles on new route and policeman driving his vehicle near to my vehicle. After that I usually stick to new route and police person disappears in a day or two. After few weeks of this, If I change my car route due to some reason like dropping of a colleague or due to purchase of goods from a shop, then also suddenly police person appears and drive their police vehicle to near my car. I also see police persons standing on road and watching me. This has happened to me, for past 5 months, every time when I changed my car route. I dont know why this is happening to me?

At the height of my illness I noticed the exact same situations. But I think it is your brain emphasising observations of police. Or possibly even hallucinating them.
The brain can convince people that certain delusions are true by dwelling on certain topics and neglecting others

I get followed when I drive. Sometimes I change the route I’m taking to lose them, and other times I try to ignore them. It’s pretty nerve racking though
May be you are true. But it is very difficult to think that this is delusion
You are at your will to take any route that is convinient for you. No body can enforce you to select a particular route.
