It’s just a matter of humbling yourself to the point where you trust others more than yourself and listen to their perspective on reality. Then adopt that perspective for a while and see the world through their eyes. At a certain point you will get to the point where you’ve unconditioned yourself. I still have delusional thoughts, but i recognize them as delusional and they don’t really scare me. Without my belief they’re powerless. All of the wild ■■■■ we believe goes away when you don’t think about it. Only what is real remains in the absence of thought.
I have it too. It’s a conditioned thought pattern. You observe it when it happens and you don’t give it the power of your belief. At a certain point, the knowledge that nothing has anything to do with you becomes a more deeply held belief than the thought that you’re being watched. It takes practice. If you’re struggling right now, find a public place and repeat to yourself that none of anything happening has anything to do with you. I personally don’t know you. You have to believe that people are good and won’t mislead you, especially the ones that care. Try to see through their eyes and trust their perspective more than your own.
