Didn’t have time to read on the past posts. Please share your experience on lion mane, sarcosine, NAC or other supplements that you found helpful. Please include how long you have been on it and the dosage.
I’ve been on Amyloban 3399 for about a month. No more positive symptoms, anxiety is down, sleep is better, and motivation and energy and speech improved.
Sarcosine gave me temporary relief from negatives for a few months, then after starting it a year later it didn’t do much for me anymore. It makes me less foggy when I get a fever, though.
Nac just made me bleed more, it was bad.
I hope you read through some of the reviews on Amyloban.
I realize I’m more sensitive to meds, supplements, and even caffeine than your average person. For example, drinking tea gives me a big happiness boost and less anhedonia.
Also my negatives sort of went away on their own.
I realize my experiences aren’t common…
I’m on Amyloban 3399, and having minimal positive symptoms with low dose antipsychotics. I am also drinking 3-4 litres of alkaline water a day, with alkaline drops and potassium citrate, to replenish my alkaline buffer, which are making my chronic headache and anxiety minimal.
You have to remember that Amyloban 3399 isn’t comparable to a generic Lion’s Mane, since Amyloban has a patented extraction method.
Good experience with Lion’s mane, helped with intrusive thoughts.
Didn’t do anything for me.
