I have serious lack of motivation today.
I NEED to go grocery shopping, and it NEEDS to be at least semi-healthy foods. I want to make a pasta salad, I’ve got a really good family recipe. I also need toilet paper.
But for some reason, I just can’t get myself to do it. I don’t know if it’s becuase it’s cold and dark outside, or what, but the mere thought of putting on my outdoor clothes and going outdoors makes me passive.
Please help me get motivation to get things done!
I need to get food instead of just ordering burgers!
I cringe a little at the thought of preparing it, because it means I have to wash the dishes and measure how much ingredients I need and such, but I hope it’ll be worth it in the end.
I don’t know how much exactly is needed of what, but it’s one of the few recipes I know by heart.
I enjoy making foods. I especially love soups. I bought a digital pressure cooker recently. I found that pressure cooking preserves every flavor in my food. You would not believe how tasty and good food gets.
Perhaps you want to make an invest in good digital pressure cooker. Chance that it will motivate you eating healthy once you see how good and easy meals can be be made. Tons of recipe books in amazon.
Grocery stores are wonderful places! Look at all the good things there! Look at all the nutrition you could get. Think of all the healthy foods. Think of all the tasty foods. You’ll feel great if you go grocery shopping!
