My daughter said she’d go with me to Walmart to get groceries. She has a bunch of stuff she needs so it’s good if she comes along. For supper tomorrow I want to make chicken thighs in a bag, baby potatoes, corn on the cob, carrots, and maybe stuffing. I better think of a few more suppers to pick up groceries for.
Yeah, plan ahead.
I’m usually all organized for shopping. I’m just in an I don’t give a crap mood today. Spaghetti and garlic toast. Hmm I’m getting kind of predictable. Waffles and berries and bacon? Little less predictable.
That sounds great for breakfast or dinner.
Now it’s just dad and I we shop pretty much everyday. Just get enough things to get us by. Kinda works for us and I’m not the biggest fan of grocery shopping. I like to go in and get out as quick as possible. Have a plan, execute, evacuate the premises! Glad you have someone to go with! That must make it easier.
I understand hating shopping! It’s much easier if one of the kidlets come along!
How about homemade bacon spaghetti? My mom’s Italian ex beau introduced us to it.

Dont know if your kids like rice @FatMama, but this is really good and can make so much for so little.
Must be nice. Mrs. Squirrel has to circle every store twice and touch everything at least 3x. She got mad at Squirrelette last month when she told mom she hates shopping with her because she takes too long. The kid doesn’t regarding shopping as an experience.
