I don’t watch movies anymore so gaming is one thing I can concentrate on for a few hours. Makes the time go and it’s still enjoyable. I don’t tend to finish games. If they are good I change around and just try for the ultimate playthrough if it’s an rpg for example. I have always been a computer gamer. No consoles. I had a computer back in the late 1990’s and it cost an arm and a leg to play 8 bit games but it was so fun even back then.
I played witcher3 on my CPU and it was great. I really enjoyed it. I also bought a switch and bought a few 2d games which I have enjoyed.
I don’t play as much as I used to. I also feel bored as you. I think it’s the meds messing with the reward system. I do get satisfaction when I finish something though.
Have you tried other things? Like working out, taking walks or reading books. Perhaps you need to do something new in your life?
Maybe that’s why you’re not enjoying it as much as you use to, you know exactly what’s going to happen when and know exactly what to do. Video games have come a long ways throughout the years, I would honestly suggest trying a few new ones, but then again I can’t play video games I crochet instead.
I find movies boring nowadays… I watch youtube videos instead.
Working out is definetely a goal. I don´t like walking, I get bored lol and, well, reading books is pretty difficult to get into once you are out of shape.
