Philosophical about what’s wrong with the world and society. Thinking a lot about stigma and why it exists. And why people don’t live by the principles they teach. Why people are close minded. Why people don’t follow something as a higher power (doesn’t have to be God but something to guide them to humility". Thinking WHY a lot today. Why??? normie???
The negative thoughts don’t end. They make me feel good in a way though because I feel this illness humbles us. Even if we don’t save the world, many of us are part of the solution not the problem because all we have been through. We need people like us !!!

@GoYankees I strongly support being civilized, I am a strong supporter for law and order.
The punishments of the justice system seem too mild to me-
no death penalty in many countries, and lots of prisoner rights.
You are free to believe in a higher power or not to believe in it.
I think though that the most important problem is that secular society lacks values and ideology.
People lack values and ideology, that is a big problem in the secular world, because if you have good
values you will be a positive human even if you are secular, and on the other hand if you don’t have values
you may behave badly even if you believe in a higher power.
@Goyankees I am sorry you are down today…it helps me immensely to believe in Jesus…like having a friend there every day for me…good luck.

If it helps any, I can tell you I get pissed (or maybe just irritated) regularly too. Then after a while it resolves. I think that it could be a part of a natural process. Sort of like the weather.
It is interesting. Among more affluent families, religious or not, it is considered almost a virtue to think and act selfishly. It is a trait that transfers very well to business, and capitalism. Sorry if that doesn’t help your temperament. But understanding is a good first step to forgiveness.
