That’s not all. Apparently we all have microscopic crawlies living on our skin. They mate, eat and poop all over us.

I had them as a child (I was around 8?) and spread them to my brother accidentally. I was so horrified I didn’t say anything to anyone about it. My mom made a huge deal of my little brother having them, they had to tell all the parents in his class he had it and whatnot which made me even less willing to bring anything up. They went away on their own after a while and I never had them again.
Still it was a totally freaky experience that’s burned into my brain to this day.
It’s cuz kids dig in the dirt and aren’t great about handwashing. At least kids used to dig in the dirt now they just play on iPads lol

Pinworms! It was disgusting I could feel them wriggling around in my eyes.
Maybe it’s mites?? I m not very clued in on it though and how common they are.

I would check in the mirror if u pull down to show the pink eye part. If u don’t see any movement its probably no pinworms unless they are still tiny babies then I’d check again in a while to confirm its not.

I read the criteria for demodex mites. That’s probably what it is. I always wondered why I wake up with a lot of gunk in my eye.

There was a story in the news about someone who got worms from eating sushi. Guess what food I refuse to eat now

I saw a YouTube video on parasites coming out of fish too. I try to stay away from fish as well. I also read somewhere that some oysters have herpes. Yuck!
