Pillow talk

So Do you climb in bed very often Do you sleep a good part of the day and most of the night away Or do you just get horizontal when the pains too hard to take

After the day is done, i come back home, not particularly tired or anything. But the moment i am in my room, and we have this big bed, i take out a pillow and get horizontal. It’s a pretty odd habit and while its me clamoring for comfort, it cannot be good, neither for my productivity nor for health in the future. Just saying.

Food trigger warning

I struggle to sleep unless I binge eat.

It’s a real problem

Hey Rollo,

I’m still trying to change eating habits,

And then later tone up.

It will probably take several months.

I can’t do both at same time cos it’s too overwhelming. ON antipsychotics… :disappointed:

I’m always in bed. But i do try to walk and exercise to stay healthy. Most times i’m in my bed for hours.

I go horizontal whenever I don’t want to deal with life… I’m not dealing well right now and am sleeping 12-14 hours a day right now.

It’s good to see you Dr. Zen. You look great!

I just sleep at night.

I spend too much time laying down but walking around is hard.

Mix that with depression and I rarely get out of bed.

I can only typically stand for a half hour at a time and it’s still pretty dicey.

I heard abilify is weight neutral, dont be to hard on yourself. Maybe focus on feeling good instead of looking a certain way.

Feeling healthy is feeling good. For me. I feel I’m heading towards diabetes at this rate.

Thanks though

I tend to have trouble sleeping. But when I get home I’m usually exhausted from work and need to take a nap afterwards. (I work early hours so a nap will usually call to me around 2pm)

On my days off I like to wake up real early like 6 or 7 and mess around on my phone an hour or so then I go back to sleep until around 9 or 10. After that, it’s 50/50 chance whether I will take another nap that day. Then it’s bedtime around 8 or 9p.

I have so much time allotted to sleep not because I actually sleep that much but because I’m only able to sleep in short bursts before something wakes me up🙄 It’s very annoying not to be able to sleep well.
