LOL I was joking at the same time my bed is old but feels so comfy and I sleep well.
i have a slightly used bed that i got for free. it’s very nice to sleep in.
Ever since I started on Melatonin 6 mg every night for sleep, I am soooo good in bed it is unreal. I sleep about 9.5 to 10.5 hours every night without fail now. That’s unheard of for me. I also meditate every day and do yoga before bed and that probably helps too.
I love being in bed.
One place I feel I can go to and turn to.
When I lived by myself I used to lay in bed for hours exhausted and just staring in ceiling when I got back from cleaning few hours or grocery shopping.
It can take a while to recover.
Nice n warm under blankets.
Comforting when one is not feeling well.
The bed has helped me immensely.
I used to have sleep problems but I have been sleeping well for many years now thankfully.
As for sexually.
I believe every one can be good.

The older you get the less good in bed you get I think. At least its true for me. I sleep way less then when I was younger. Also sexually its a downhill trend. I need to work on my general fitness and loose like ten or 15 kilos, I want to do it but I keep putting it off. Meanwhile I just do as best as I can. My wife keep telling me to go to the gym and loose weight.
Ever since I was a toddler I’ve had trouble sleeping. As a teen, I barely slept. I think about it now and I do not know how I graduated high school… Sleep issues continue, but the last year or so I’ve been sleeping better. I’m starting to relax into my life and that’s helping.
But I don’t like being in bed (for sleep). I never “sleep in”, lol, what’s that? My husband likes to sleep late and then watch tv in bed on the weekends. I can’t do that. I get up early everyday and get dressed…
So, nope, I’m terrible in bed.

edit: I slept 12 hours last night for some reason so yeah
I love my bed…and I love it when I have sex so yes I am still good in bed…haha
Various bodyparts ache from working out and it takes 1-2 hours for me to fall asleep.
