I once bought the principia from newton. I never read it. I was grandiose thinking I could read it some day after I finished a degree or finished real analysis. That’s was my only book on Newton.
I thought about buying Einstein’s biographry. He has some good books one can get mostly for cheap or free on Relativity and stuff. I never took physics, so I cannot understand it. I hope to some day.
I was a math major for a bit. I dropped out. But I enjoy learning about several mathematicians.
A lot of modern mathematicians get overlooked. I think the greatest of our time is Terrance Tao.
The one on Godel walks with Einstein looked interesting.
I read Stephen Hawking, and Feynman a little. I have much room to grow.
I like Oppenheimer, but even he gets overlooked by some. I think he had mental health issues. I’m still looking forward to watching the film.
