I ride my bicycle a lot and I think that it is helpful with my sz symptoms, I suppose any physical exercise is, what you think?
When i was in the university, i used to go bicycling every saturday. Really enjoy this activity. So envy you have a bike.
I’m hiking again this month. I think i get stronger and better as i work out my body. I feel more like my old self. It takes a lot of trial to finally make hiking a part of my life again, though.
For me the bicycle riding is the way of my life, I do not own an automobile and I ride my bike to go to places, bicycle paths are great where I am and there is even the winter maintenance of these paths.
Swimming did me great, I feel the difference since I stopped. When my leg is better I will return to it.
Hey yr lucky with all those facilities. If i were u i would ride everyday. The place where I live it is dangerous to use a bicycle. We are too crowd and there is too many people. It’s getting rare to see bike outside.
I think exercising is good for almost everyone. But it is mainly good for your physical health. We szs should not expect exercise to help as much as therapy, meds, good routines, being social, not taking drugs, reading about how to manage sz, getting enough sleep, etc etc etc. I mean it is helpful for your mental health, it’s just a little overhyped.
I find it is very helpful to ride my bicycle to some city parks and sit on a bench and just listen peacefully.
That sounds very therapeutic.
I went through a period where I consumed very little caffeine, did transcendental meditation, stayed sober in AA, and got about the right amount of exercise. I was still stressed, but my grades sure were better.
