Has anyone tried Phenibut for negatives and/or positives?
It acts on the GABA receptors and had been compared to that of benzos.
I like Taurine and how it affects me, but it has a very short duration and I need something to last the whole day.
Anyone try this?

It’s a medicine that’s used in Russia. It’s not approved anywhere in the western world.
Try beta alanine

I will get some beta-alanine tomorrow and try it with taurine and report the results.
I have tried it. It made me buff sleepy and it made me act foolish at the time. Very very vivid dreams whilst taking phenibut. And yes it is used in Western medicine under the name of Baclofen.
