Yes this applies to me.
I suffered with panic disorder and anxiety all throughout childhood and started experiencing full blown paranoia and delusions in my 20s.

I had severe anxiety as a child due to severe neglect and abuse. This makes total sense to me.

I was always a little different and had issues with racing thoughts as long as I can remember. I survived for a long time though and wasn’t unsuccessful when I went psychotic. That paranoia though crept up on me!

True. Although the anxiety probably comes from autism for me.

What I thought to be shyness as a kid turns out it was anxiety and depression. Stress caused by this and other things.

I was cent percent sure that my social anxiety caused my psychosis. I was taking a lot of stress as a result of social anxiety. I am certain that it is the cause for me.
