Yep, they are very absorbent so last all day and then just need to be washed. No leaks and super easy to use.

I’m sorry for breaking the rules, but my wife has highly irregular, and often very heavy periods. She bought period panties from Amazon and has had nothing but success with them. She’s known to bleed through, and they give her a fair peace of mind. Per her, she recommends for women with heavy or irregular periods. Again, sorry for breaking the rules, but I wanted to comment on her behalf as she struggles mightily with this.

The ones I bought were not great. I used them for leaks only as I use a menstrual cup and don’t use pads or tampons.

. I’ve been known to wear Depends (adult diaper) while on my period. I’d forgotten about that.
