Same amount…
1428 u s dollars on ssdi. soon to become social security benefits and I plan on working for extra money because there won’t be a facking review because I’m working.
Seems like it just varies from person to person. They must just pick a magic number.
2400.00 SSDI in the United States
After paying for my Medicare health insurance, I get $700/ month from SSDI. I worked with regular paycheck jobs from age 14 until my mid 30s. But, because I always made a very low “minimum wage” here in the US, my SSDI is very low.
I get 2,776 /mo from SSDI in the US. For California - I’m barely getting by.
due to wrong information on my SSI im set to get $609 a month, should be the maximum, $914. i figure it will get sorted out eventually.
have u looked into getting it supplemented with SSI? i knew a lot of people in my group home who had SSDI that was very low and they were given SSI to take it to the maximum payment for ssi. like for example if they got 500 in SSDI and the maximum SSI was 914, they would also get $414 in SSI.
£2100 a month i get full pip and universal credit. Some of the universal credit is for having a child.
Thats a nice amount lol. That include your rent if you dont mind me asking?
@Qwerty
Just wondered. Cos theres gonna come a time - when they take me off esa / pip and put me on uc. Wondered what the rates are.
It includes my rent yes. But we are in council housing so rent is not as expensive. Also if you move from ESA to UC like we did you get transitional protection which is more money…to make sure your not worse off than being on ESA.
Also i will add its a joint UC clajm so the money is for my partner too @Naarai
Oh thats a relief lol. Thanks for answering ![]()
They forgot to give us transitional payment for over a year. Then we got back paid for it. Was very nice.
Thanks for the heads up. Ill make sure to double check - when its my time ![]()
I shouldn’t have bragged about how much I get in disability’s pension I’m sorry:
Do what? You were not bragging mate. lol. If your entitled to it - who is people to judge
@Niels_Hansen
To be quite hournest I want to state that I feel ashamed of myself to recive that amounts of money with no efforts.
So I try not to be an expense to the tax payers in regards to expensive branded meds aswell as I save up to old days.
You must understand that the amount I recive each month is regarded as a very large amount in my country.
i m not on disability benefit but i m on disability job i earn about 800 dollars.my wife is graphical teacher and earn 1300 dollars.so we get total 2000 dollars.its enough for turkey.but in turkey disability benefits very low its about 100 dollars or less
Listen Mate. If your Goverment Agency, deems you entitled to such an amount - then no person in their right mind is gonna refuse it. And you should not feel Guilty x
Yes and thats the reason I should have shut up in the first place.
