i Feel Like some people (my uncles and aunts and their kids ) are spying on me i know because i can see their reaction to everything i do at my home they even say alot of thing that is related to me and no one knows about it
i think they do know some people in the police that help them access to my internet so everything i do on the internet reach them and also they bugged my house they can hear me and everything i do in my house
sometimes i see their facebook to check if they posted something that is related to me or connected to me somehow
Hey what you are experiencing is paranoia. You’re reading in too much and finding associations that aren’t there. Try to stay calm and see a pdoc for some meds
I agree with Moonwalker. I don’t think you could find any suspicious posts on their Facebook.
I had similar suspiciousness too awhile back, I actually searched my name on the YouTube. People are not following or spying you, unless you look like one of the famous person.
Well, they ARE related to you, so that shouldn’t really be a surprise.
What are you doing that would make them so interested in you?
On the flip side, how interested are you in their lives?
ican’t tell you everything cuz it will take me alot of time but all ican say that i had a really big problem with one of the family member which the family did side with her from that time i did see some of them in my uni also i see how they talk around me
not only that i think they are spying on me i think they are stalking or following me or maybe iam crazy and thats all
Your symptoms mirror many here. Do you FEEL paranoid, or just rationalizing it. If you feel fear and panic thinking about it you have a mental disorder. I’m not a dr but you should speak to one
