I heard a female say “let me do it”. And after checking the mail a guy said she stays in the bedroom
I just took my haldol thirty mins ago.
I think they’re going to hurt/kill me.
You should try challenging that thought. It might help. Well that’s what my therapist says it could be helpful.

The female will probably hurt me because the guy said she stays in her bedroom. So I can’t leave apt. Taser
I have the same thought alot I try to get through them. You just need to rationalize them. You need to question yourself and say, are they really after me?

I feel a little better now. After taking my haldol. Trying not to worry.
