So in my quest to find a replacement for my klonopin I stumbled across Passion flower and valerian root you can get it in tea and it actually works pretty well don’t think I’ll be taking klonopin today
It depends. Olanzapine seems to have made my brain non-responsive to natural sedatives. I’m even having trouble replacing olanzapine with quetiapine which just tells me I need to get off olanzapine asap before it totally messes up my brain.
I’m glad those supplements work for you though. If you can replace them for benzos that’s great.
Olanzapine totally f*cked my brains ability to sleep. After I quit it I couldn’t sleep at all. Herbal supplements and teas don’t do sh|t.
I take 1.5mg clonazepam every night. It’s the only way I can get 7+ hours of sleep.
Valerian smells like feet.
I am totally addicted to olanzapine 30mg a day it’s actually a theinobenzodiazapine so it works in a similar way I’m also dependent on klonopin 2mg a day I take so much of this ■■■■ it doesn’t even do ■■■■ anymore like klonopin won’t make me fall asleep
I have you beat!
I was on 40mg for 17 years.
Sucks to be us!
You beat me there. I’m on 1.5 mg
I think zyprexa would be a really great antipsychotic if not for the side effects. At 5 mg I don’t experience much in way of side effects. I was on 20 mg for ten years. I am currently not having delusions just “possibles”.
If I get to doing too well I might be asked to work, lol. But it can’t be physical labor because of my excessive sweating problem. I have a desk. I could get a good chair and clean off the desk and do a simple job part time. But I am busy an hour every day practicing my music. Maybe I can get away with just volunteering performances. My problem is a state of burn out.
Wow I’m almost to that point got prescribed an extra 5mg as needed but that ■■■■ is definitely physically and mentally addictive just like benzos now wonder you can’t sleep
Idk how I would do without zyprexa it definitely helps bring me back to reality
Valerian root tablets work very good for me. 2-3 tablets and I sleep an extra 2 hours and good REM sleep.
